Thank you for booking your event with Scene75 Chicagoland!
We are SO excited to celebrate with you all and make your special day super memorable!

We have complied a list of questions guests may ask before the celebration to further assist you in making your special day the best one EVER!

What information should I be confirming/double checking before my event and/or when the Banquet Manager calls me closer to my event date?

Please double check these items to ensure all the information is accurate:

  • Birthday Child’s name and age
  • Guest count
  • Party room rental time
  • Any additional food/beverage items
  • Height/age requirements on attractions

When/Where should I arrive to my event?

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your party start time. A dedicated party host will greet you at the front entrance and direct you and your guests to your private party room.

If for whatever reason your party host is not up-front head to our party and sales office, and they will direct you to your party room.

The birthday guest will also receive 1,000 tickets loaded onto their game card for arrive on time!

Can I decorate?

Absolutely! You will have 15 minutes before your room time to set up any decorations in your room. Please note NO glitter, sequins, confetti, or piñatas are allowed in the party rooms.

Table decorations are allowed, but tape, tacks, or other adhesives products are NOT allowed and may result in additional fees.

How big is my party room?

Room size is determined based on paid participants at the time of quote. With proper notification and availability, other options may be available for an added fee.

If your guest count increases beyond the capacity of the event area, other options are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Can we bring any outside food/drink/birthday desserts?

You are also welcomed to bring a sweet treat like a cake, cupcakes, or cookies. No ice cream, including ice cream cake, is allowed in the facility.

Scene75 does not allow any other form of outside food to be brought into this facility.

Do we have to cleanup?

After your room time is up, you will need to have all items out of the party room, and our team will take care of the rest!

Can we have the room for longer than the reserved time?

Additional room time must be added on prior to the day of the event and is subject to availability. After your allotted room time, you and your guests will be asked to leave the room and take all belongings at that time. This is to ensure that you make it to your attractions on time and to give us time to clean the party room after your event.

Is there gratuity included in my package?

Yes, a 5% gratuity is included in your total price which goes to the party host that is helping during your time in the party room. You are welcome to tip more when you experience great service with your party host. This will be finalized with the party manager upon checkout from the room.

Are we allowed to add on guests and/or additional items to my party?

To provide the best experience for you and your guests we recommend final food selections and head counts be updated with our team 24 hours before your event. However, you can add additional guests/additional food items when you arrive and/or up to 30 minutes into your event. Keep in mind that additional food items will take some time for the kitchen to prepare.

What requirements should I know about for the attractions?

Below are the list of height/age requirements for the attractions:

Go Karts –
– Closed toe shoes are required
– 54 inches to drive alone (must be 10 years or older)
– 36 inches to be a passenger (driver must meet height requirement and be 18 years of age or older)

Laser Tag –
– Must be 5 years of age or older

Inflatapark –
– Socks are required
– 43 inches or higher and 12 years or younger
– 42 inches or smaller to enter Toddler Town

Roller Coaster –
– 48 inches tall to ride
– 42 inches to ride accompanied by adult of 18 years of age or older

Drop Tower/Spin Zone (Bumper Cars) –
– 42 inches tall to ride

When do I pay for my event?

45 minutes into your event, our Party and Events Coordinator will come into your room finalize all the details and collect payment. We do not store credit cards on file so be sure to bring a whatever form of payment that day. Scene75 does not accept gift cards or personal checks for payment towards party packages or events.

What if I must cancel or change the date of my event?

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve a specific day, time, and room for all birthday parties. A 20% non-refundable deposit is required for any corporate party.

Please allow for a minimum of 48 hours to cancel a reservation.

To cancel or reschedule your event contact our party office directly at (Chicago Phone Number ext 2). Scene75 Entertainment Center will kindly apply the deposit to a different date.

If Scene75 Entertainment Center cannot open due to weather-related issues a party office representative will contact, you to reschedule your event. Scene75 Entertainment Center reserves all rights with cancellations.
