Introducing ‘The Adeline’ – named in memory of my grandma/Bub Adele who we lost in May 2020, just a few months before we reopened Scene75 Dayton.

The show must go on. Somehow, someway. We are strong, resilient and stubborn, just like Bub always was, which certainly is what one must be to try to overcome a tornado, covid, and all of the other challenges of our year.

Some people leave enough of an impact to have something named in their memory — a tree or a park bench, perhaps. For Bub, I give her a carousel. The Adeline. I know she will help us overcome…while blaming me from above for much in the process.

Scene75 Dayton reopened December 2020 bigger and better than ever before. A 95% percent on any test in my life was never good enough for Bub. So here is our attempt at 100%.
28′ foot double decker carousel – choose from the lower level or take the skies and ride on the second floor!
The Grand Carousel boasts TWO FLOORS filled with 31 hand carved and hand painted animals, 1182 light bulbs, 28 dazzling mirrors and two separate staircases.
