These house policies apply to Scene75 Columbus, Scene75 Cleveland, Scene75 Cincinnati, Scene75 Dayton & Scene75 Chicago:

Scene75's house policies and rules

Scene75 welcomes all guests; however, we respectfully remind you that Scene75 caters to both children and adults. Please read and follow our House Policies to ensure a great experience for all of our guests. 

Code of Conduct – Guests must behave courteously; loud, profane, and/or abusive language or behavior will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to ask any individual to leave the facility at any time. Scene75 has a zero-tolerance policy for guests who fight and/or harass other guests or team members while on property. People who engage in this behavior are subject to being ejected, trespassed and maybe be subject to arrest by local police. 

Loitering, inappropriate behavior and vandalism are all grounds for ejection.  

Alcohol Policy – In To order or consume alcohol at Scene75, you must be 21+ and provide proof in the form of a valid identification card issued by a state governmental agency containing your photograph, date of birth, height, gender, and color of eyes. Scene75 is unable to accept forms of identification that are expired, cracked, damaged, or altered in any way. Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the racetrack or in any of our attractions other than Mini-Bowling; they may be consumed in the arcade area. Please drink responsibly. We reserve the right to restrict individuals under substance influence from using our attractions or from entry into the facility. We will not admit anyone into the facility or onto the rides who is clearly intoxicated.
  

Smoking/Tabacco Policy – Any and all forms of tobacco, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, and vaporizers are not permitted in the facility. Smoking is only allowed in designated, outdoor areas in accordance with state legislation, 20 feet away from all doors in accordance with the CIAA. No smokeless or chewing tobacco is allowed. 

Weapon Policy – Absolutely no firearms, knives or weapons of any kind are permitted on the premises.  

No Outside Food or Drink – No food or drink from outside permitted. If you have a birthday party booked with Scene75, then, you can bring in cake or cupcakes during your time in the private party room.

Dress Code – In order to maintain a family friendly environment, we ask that guests dress appropriately and adhere to the following guidelines: 

  • Appropriate clothing is required at all times, which includes shoes, shirts, pants held on the waist, etc.., No offensive messages or pictures may be displayed on clothing. Hood on all apparel must be worn down and face covering material is not permitted. 
  • No evidence of gang affiliation. 
  • Persons wearing torn or soiled clothing will be admitted at the discretion of management. 
  • No hats, clothing, jewelry or tattoos with profanity or objectionable art. 

These policies apply to all areas of the entertainment center, including any patios and parking lot.
