Over a three-year period, the founders of Scene75 visited entertainment centers across the country to better refine the model for a facility in Dayton.  One common observation was that food at such centers was almost always an afterthought.  At Scene75, the founders were determined to break the mold and make the restaurant one of the facility’s main attractions.

Jim “Radar” Martin has been serving the best burgers and fries in Dayton for 25 years; his weekend breakfasts have become famous across the region; and his passion for exceptional food and beverage service is an inspiration for the entire restaurant industry.
